Appolication
The EF series is suitable for all round single core or twisted conductor cables as well as multi-conductor cables, especially for coaxial cables, LAN cables, automotive electronic wires,
etc.
Measurement principle
The EF series eccentricity measuring device combines electromagnetic measurement technology and optical measurement technology. Multi-axis optical measurement system responsible for measuring the outer diameter, ovality and position of the cable insulation
layer, while the multi -axis electromagnetic measurement system is used to determine the position of the conductor core.
Optical and magnetic measurements are synchronously conducting measurement at a veryhigh rate, minimizing errors caused by wire vibration to the greatest extentpossible.Besides,the two measurement control is on the same plane, eliminating measurement errors caused by twisted wires and cables.
